Saturday Sizzle Boot Camp – High Intensity, Fat Burning, Body Toning, Fun Group Workout
The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout and proper time for recovery. The combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Expect to experience circuit training, functional training and full body cardiovascular and strength movements.
Boot Camp will take place Saturdays from 9 – 10 AM. Space is limited.
