Fitness is a lifestyle not just some hobby or resolution. As a personal trainer I take tremendous pride and joy installing these values in each and every one of my clients. It’s important to make fitness fun while constantly challenging yourself. As a trainer my objective is to give you the tools and motivation to go above and beyond your goals. All sessions are 1-hour personal training sessions. I will create a program designed to meet your fitness goals. My programs are very flexible and can be designed to have multiple sessions per week or once a week. We can even design your workout plan to include partner training sessions as well. Your program will include cardiovascular endurance training, weight training and can include core training and flexibility.
